Shmulik Mangan was
born in Jerusalem in 1963.
He studied drawing, graphic
design and sculpture in different
institutions,  and graduated at the
Bezalel Academy of Art and
Design at the department of
Fashion and Objects Design in
1997.
Since 1997 he worked at the Orna
Lalo's Design studio in Tel Aviv.
Today he has a studio at the New
Gallery in Jerusalem, where he is
in charge of the artists workshops.
In 1999 he showed his works in
the Young Artists Group Exhibition
in the New Gallery.
In the year 2000 he participated in
the "Artists Bringing Artists"
exhibition in Ein Hod.
